    @All the Hack so what is SoFi lacking behind on that doesn’t have them in your top 3 & where would you rank how far behind are they ? Is it a good bank to use when moving to California & starting fresh with new bank like what are the limitations of SoFi

    Thanks for the deep dive, Chris @allthehacks. 54:12 Be careful with using you primary account for these bills on autopay because when a company gets hacked (no pun intended), then your primary account 's info would have been potentially at risk of being hacked. My warning comes assuming that your primary count is the one with the most liquid cash out of all your checking or saving account(s) since you mentioned that the primary count is also the one that has the highest % yield. And you'd presumable want the account with the most liquid cash to be the one with the highest yield to optimize your cash liquid account set up. I recently created a new checking account so that I can move my liquid cash in order to insulate my risk for such an event since I too have many bills on autopay with a single account.

    at min 35:15 Quicken classic for Mac allows you to see your projected account balance easily. Look at one account and you see all past and 30 days of future transactions along with balances. The future transactions are based on Bills you entered so the amounts are often autopopulated so you dont have to look them up to enter them. You can also put in recurring expenses so any that are upcoming will be there and you will see the impact on your account balance 30 days into the future. its very handy.

    My mortgage interest rate was 11.25% for a 3-bedroom condo for the first place I "owned" which was located in Kirkland Washington -- the namesake for Costco Kirkland Signature. Rent and invest the rest is amazing on paper. But what percentage of Americans actually have the discipline to do that, 2%? Regular people need to buy a home because of the FORCED SAVINGS. This is key.

    I was posting this before I heard your last comment. For me FIdelity CMA is the only way. SPAXX was always my core posiiton. Free ATMs Worldwide. Any ATM is the US evn the ones that charge 8.00 in Last Vegas casinos (criminal) you are reimbursed. Wires are FREE. They will print free checks for you. They have roughly everything you mention. Mobile deposit. Why bother with Wealthfront? Service is great. You also have access to brokerage. No way Mercury for me. There is no way to justify that fee when Fidelity is Free. You can billpay with routing numbers from Fidelity. Wise I would avoid. I would only them for business purposes if no other option. Nothing personal funds with those guys ever.

    This is just false, unless your dentists are doing everything wrong it shouldn’t affect breathing habits/air flow and in some cases it’ll even help it. Straightening/ removing teeth has been a thing for almost 250 years. And orthopedics have been a thing for thousands. removing teeth can change your face structure but that’s only in extreme cases; which most of the time require u to have jaw surgery. The only thing he said in this video that could been seen as correct is saying people with headgear end up being mouth breathers (because their mouth is propped open you’ll naturally want to mouth breath)

    There is definitely a down side to a fidelity cash management account. They will hold deposits and ach transfers into your account for a very long time! They use a third party bank for routing and it often does not work with services such as Plaid when connecting pay accounts.

  • @peterparker2068
    @peterparker2068 12 днів тому

    I recently discovered that my Fidelity Bloom account automatically sweeps any cash into SPAXX, a money market fund. This feature makes it similar to the Fidelity Cash Management Account, but with a key difference: Bloom offers a debit card but no checks. For my needs, Bloom's simplicity is perfect. I can easily use the account to pay my credit card bill, eliminating the need for checks. While I still have my Charles Schwab account for traditional checking needs, most of my liquid cash for everyday payments now sits in Bloom. While Bloom's functionality might seem like a more modern version of the Cash Management Account, it's important to note that Bloom is a relatively new offering (maybe it was launched around three years ago).

    Evolution... the fact is DNA is just copies. Our DNA is getting weaker. The first couple of thousand years our bones where very thick. We lived hundreds of years. There were no Neanderthals. Our skulls had very protruding eye brow bones. This is caused from age. Eye sight was 1000% better. Just look up some ancient tablets. We need microscopes to read. Let alone write.. knowledge that is lost. Pyramids etc. There was no "cavemen" in the way they teach or brainwashed us. We are simply copies. DNA is getting much weaker any real scientist can prove Evolution is made up. I've eaten plenty of steaks... hard low grade where i had to chew as a kid. Ive had breathing problems from the age of 3. Mouth breather, snoring etc. I'm now in my 40's. The further we get from God the weaker we become.

    Getting close to 7 digit net worth and being 47y old (no kids and independent wife), my key question is: How can I best utilize my financial wealth and optimize my net fulfillment? Growing up at the lower end of middle class, it’s challenging to change my mindset of „holding“ on money… I love to be able to only work approx 100 days per year as I realized that time for myself and with my social network to have experiences, is my key net fulfillment driver… Next financial goal: build up enough passive income to never have to work = work for fun / hobby
